Using a hidden input instead as intended by html5 spec:
Let destination be a new URL that is equal to the action except that its
<query> component is replaced by query (adding a U+003F QUESTION MARK
character (?) if appropriate).

This commit also includes a migration from css to scss, some
improvements to the redirection workflow when no session is found and
refactors concerning flash cookies.

Apparently no localhost exception, so cookies are broken.
